Welcome to the CSF Daily Dive

Hello there! Welcome to this blog! =) So what is this "daily dive" business you ask? Well I'm glad you asked! I was talking with some students recently about things that they really want prayer for as you guys head out into the summer, and the most popular answer was that they wanted to continue to grow in their faith and not lose the drive and passion that they have now. Since then I have been praying about how I might be able to be an asset to you guys and this idea came to me. Starting the week after finals, I'm going to begin a Book of the Bible and each day of the week, I'm going to post on a passage of Scripture from that book. I'll include the text (a link to the text if you want a different translation) and then I'll add some of my thoughts that I had while reading and praying through the passage. I'll then end with a prayer for you, me, and a prayer that we would learn a lesson and would apply it from the day's passage. But wait, there's more! =) You will be able to comment and interact on this blog! I think that if this tool is going to take off and really help you guys, it's going to be one of those things that you get out of it what you put into it! Therefore I encourage you to interact with the text, thoughts, and prayers that you'll encounter through these posts! Write comments! Disagree with things (in love)! Agree with things! Ask questions! The more you wrestle with the subject at hand, the more it will become memorable and something that you can own for yourself! If you have any requests, ideas, or thoughts about where you think we should begin first, feel free to comment on this post with it! I hope and pray that you will be blessed through this and that God will help you and myself grow closer to Him through this endeavor! Thanks for reading!!! =)
